Refund & delivery policy

SoftVito Growth sells digital marketing services. There is no physical shipping.

Delivery. After payment is confirmed, work is delivered through the customer dashboard and/or the email used at checkout. Timeframes are agreed per service during scoping. Monthly retainers (social media and paid ads) start on the confirmed start date and are delivered across the billing month.

Refunds. If we have not started work, you may request a full refund within 7 days of payment. Once work has started, refunds are assessed against unused scope. Completed deliverables and consumed retainer days are not refundable. To request a refund, contact us using the details in the site footer.
